If this opportunity appeals to you, come and join us in the position of Lab Specialist (f/m/x) Clinical Flow Cytometry

Your responsibilities: You coordinate the general clinical Flow Cytometry lab usage by internal and external users

You are the central responsible person for the lab equipment, perform reagent/material ordering, monitor the lab budget and ensure sufficient stocks of lab reagents Plan, perform and document internal product testing activities Perform regular lab inventory and support audits Manage material suppliers

Ensure the proper function of the lab equipment (Perform device qualification, schedule preventive maintenance and perform internal and external quality assurance activities) Be responsible window person for lab related activities for the Health and Safety department You are responsible for safety in the lab and perform lab safety introduction for guests and new colleagues Support product trainings and product demos Set up of Flow Cytometers for customer application and provide the required documentation

Collaborate closely with the team members and other departments such as Technical Product Management, Supply Chain Management and Regulatory Affairs

Your profile:

  • Master in Biology, BTA, CTA, MTA or comparable education
  • Experience in medical/biological lab work (ideal 3+ years)
  • Practical experience in Flow Cytometry
  • Experience in planning experiments and setting up technical documents
  • Excellent English writing, communication and teaching skills
  • Strong intercultural competencies
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Highly structured and proactive work style
  • Creative team player with a hands-on mindset
  • Available to work on site for up to 5 days per week as needed for lab-associated tasks.
