Your responsibilities: As Product Portfolio Lead (m/f/d) in our Digital Lab Solutions division you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our software products and applications. This role involves strategic planning, continuous product development, and portfolio management to ensure our solutions meet market needs and drive business growth.
Develop and implement product portfolio strategies and roadmaps (e.g. software for lab diagnostics, workflow automation, data analytics, clinical decision support, precision public health) aligned with company goals and market demands
Drive and manage our product portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and lifecycle management of biomedical software solutions
Lead and develop a team of product owners to design, develop, launch, and maintain current and new software products in collaboration with Software Engineering and Business Development teams
Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, marketing, engineering teams, and Sysmex global headquater functions to ensure product success
Conduct market research with the Business Development team to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the EMEA region
Track and analyze product performance metrics to facilitate decision-making and continuous improvement based on product risks and opportunities Ensure all products comply with healthcare and technological regulations and standards
Your profile: University degree in computer science, bioinformatics, biomedical technology or a related field Several years of experience in product management or portfolio management, preferably in biomedical software development Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Very good written and spoken English skills Proactive personality with passion for digital transformation Our benefits
