Identify and approach potential candidates through Active Sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn and others

Use AI-powered tools and insights to optimize search strategies, increase sourcing efficiency, and improve outreach

Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, prepare materials, and handle room and calendar logistics

Assist in drafting job postings, ensuring visibility and alignment across all relevant channels

Take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for working students and interns

Manage interviews and candidate communication, guide students through each step of the process, and ensure a positive candidate experience

Support hiring managers with updates, shortlist preparation, and scheduling

Organize and manage our monthly Welcome Event

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth event flow

Prepare materials, presentations, and checklists and contribute your ideas to continuously elevate the event experience

Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and strong employer brand representation
Ihr Profil

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, particularly in Active Sourcing and student recruitment

Ideally first hands-on experience in recruiting, HR, or event coordination Curiosity for digital tools, AI-driven platforms, and modern recruiting trends

Strong communication skills and creativity, helping you engage with candidates and support employer branding activities

Very good written and spoken German and English High reliability, strong organization skills, and a detail-oriented working style
