Ihre Aufgaben


  • You are responsible for the early identification of potential target projects.

  • You promote our solutions and value proposition to stakeholders through the complete value chain up to end customers.

  • You are responsible for achieving the targets for hit rate and order intake on defined target projects and Initiatives within New Energies.

  • You lead regular project calls with the global Innomotics sales community in order to exchange information on all targeted projects.

  • You define strategy, targets and drive the business in new markets and enrol this systematic globally for Innomotics.

  • You are responsible for identifying new growth fields for Innomotics and driving activities within the organization to develop the business within these growth markets.

  • You are responsible to develop business plan for new attractive markets and to drive actions and measures defined in the business plan.,

Ihr Profil


  • You have a university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering plus at least 10 years' experience in project sales or Business Development.

  • You have deep knowledge of Low and Medium/High Voltage Drives, Motor and Generator portfolio.

  • Ideally, you also have experience dealing with End Users and EPCs.

  • Strong knowledge of trends and players acting in Oil & Gas and New Energies is a must.

  • You have a confident presence and feel at ease in discussions or presentations to internal or external stakeholders.

  • You demonstrate business and financial acumen, problem-solving capabilities and cultural empathy.

  • You show sharp selling and negotiation skills (internal and external).

  • You manifest a strong orientation to reach the targets, initiative, autonomy and bias to work in a team.

  • You are available to business trips on national and international level.

  • Excellent knowledge of English and German, written and spoken round off your profile.
