- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage with prospective clients in the industrial fleet, retail and public sector.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored EV charging solutions.
- Manage the customer relationship and full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (management, sales operations, engineering, project management, finance &) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay informed and provide inon industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- You handle administrative tasks and create economic analyses and reports
Ihr Profil:
- You have completed a technical or commercial vocational training, or hold an academic degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration with a strong technical focus
- Proven track record in B2B capital equipment sales, ideally in the clean energy, fleet / logistics, or private and public infrastructure sectors.
- Self-motivated hunter of quality long term business opportunities, with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Experience selling technical or high-value solutions with sometimes complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of the EV charging ecosystem, renewable energy, or related technologies is a plus.
- You stand out with your strong interpersonal skills, ambition, and a competent appearance
- You are able to recognize connections, think analytically, and always keep your goals in focus
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English, across all hierarchical levels of the customer, are essential; additional languages are desirable
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
