Ihre Aufgaben

This position is part of the HR Department in Germany, located in Nussloch, and will be an onsite role. It is a temporary role to cover maternity leave, with a duration of 12 months and can be filled either full-time (35 hours per week) or part-time (30 hours per week).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Individual consulting for managers and employees

• Local management of global HR processes

• Optimization and standardization of HR processes, process control, and monitoring through key performance indicators

• Taking on tasks in time tracking (ATOSS)

• Supporting the HR Generalist in preparatory payroll activities The essential requirements of the job include

Ihr Profil

• Good university or university of applied sciences degree and 2 years of relevant professional experience

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, experience with HR information systems, ideally with SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, ATOSS

• Very good German and English skills

• Solid knowledge of labor law, ideally good knowledge of the Collective Agreement for the Metal Industry, including ERA

• Independent and careful working style
