- Help to create a great employee experience along the entire lifecycle including on- and offboarding, contract and document management and data maintenance.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions such as employee inquiries, creation of certificates, documentation, and reports.
- Organization and maintenance of employee records.
- Create and update HR documentation and guidelines where needed (e.g. Confluence).
- Assist the development of internal HR processes.
- Contribute to HR Projects (ex: implementation of HR Software).
- Support the entire recruiting process (job posting, processing applications, organizing interviews, etc.).
