Ihre Aufgaben

You will acquire an in-depth insight into Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and you will have the opportunity to participate in the design and implementation of test beds for free-space quantum optical communication., Our site is just a stone's throw away from Munich, the beautiful capital of Bavaria. Are you into sports and other outdoor activities? The Alps and Lake Starnberg are within an hour's reach, offering a multitude of recreational options.

Ihr Profil

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in Physics, Quantum Technologies, Engineering or equivalent

• You have a solid understanding of the principles of quantum mechanics and a strong interest in quantum information, quantum communication or quantum cryptography.

• You are familiar with basic optical components and have experience with assembling and aligning of optical setups

• Ideally you are familiar with Linux and the basic command line tools

• You are fluent in English or in German

• You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
