Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues

Monitor and analyze guest feedback through various channels and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction

Coordinate special requests, celebrations, or events for guests, ensuring their experience is memorable

Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and other guest areas to assist with any inquiries or issues
Ihr Profil

Bachelor's degree or apprenticeship in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field

Proven experience in guest relations or front office within the hospitality industry

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, great team player with a passion for providing outstanding service

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Proficiency in hotel PMS software, Microsoft Office and hotel reputation management software (preferably TrustYou)

Fluency in German and English language

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
