As a working student (f/m/d) for Operations and Team Assistance in the Strategic Projects Team, you will be part of a technology-focused team that was built to help shape future generations of SAP software. Our team works on various projects coming directly from our executives and senior management.
In this role, you will support the team in the following areas:
- Organizational and administrative tasks including e.g.:
- Organizing team events, meetings or workshops, equipment orders and travel arrangements for team and managers, team reporting and preparation of presentations and e-mails
- Recruiting and onboarding tasks including e.g.:
- Creation of job postings, scheduling of interviews, candidate correspondence, efficient onboarding of new colleagues

Driving process optimization in the team e.g. optimizing hiring process and operations in our team

Beyond your main task you are also invited to explore and support other activities of our team and/or drive new ideas in our team
Ihr Profil

Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d), preferably in Business Administration or a related field

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Meet your team
At Strategic Projects, as part of the Office of the CTO, we are driving forward T&I's development excellence by developing cutting-edge solutions, especially for strategic CTO topics, and implementing novel and strategic-relevant solutions. In addition, we prepare and support major SAP CTO keynotes, provide expertise and develop proof-of-concepts for strategic technology topics. Our team consists of about 50 colleagues who are students, young professionals, and experienced professionals in the areas of software development, design, project management and team/management assistance. We work in teams that are mainly located in Potsdam/Berlin and Walldorf and collaborate closely with other SAP teams to realize our mission.
