Productivity Manager (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• You independently lead and manage complex productivity, transformation and strategic projects (sometimes you manage multiple high-complexity projects in parallel)

• Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you ensure projects are consistently planned, executed, and monitored effectively

• With clear objectives, efficient budget management, thorough risk assessments, and careful progress tracking, you guarantee timely delivery while meeting quality and cost expectations

• You champion the application of advanced project methodologies (traditional and agile) and actively promote best practices in process optimization (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN)

• By mentoring and guiding cross-departmental teams, external consultants, subcontractors, and partners, you ensure alignment with strategic organizational goals

• You act as a change agent, actively driving innovation and stakeholder buy-in for new solutions and approaches

• Working closely with leadership, you align projects with organizational priorities and long-term strategic objectives to ensure meaningful impact

Ihr Profil

• Your academic background includes a successfully completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration, with an MBA or equivalent qualification considered highly desirable

• A proven track record highlights your ability to manage complex change projects, including leading end-to-end execution and consistently delivering measurable results

• Experience in process optimization and operational excellence is part of your expertise, with certifications like Six Sigma, LEAN, or equivalent further strengthening your skills

• Extensive knowledge of the industrial gases sector or closely related industries is an asset, along with a solid understanding of the cylinder supply chain, business processes, and financial metrics

• Conflict resolution and advanced change management are competencies you excel in, ensuring stakeholder alignment and an effective approach to resolving issues

• Managing multiple projects and strategies concurrently in high-pressure environments is a strength you bring to the table

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching/mentoring skills enable you to engage and influence diverse stakeholders while fostering collaboration

• Fluency in English and German allows you to operate effectively in international and local contexts
