Pucaro Elektro-Isolierstoffe GmbH in Roigheim (Heilbronn district) is one of the world market leaders in the field of electrical insulation materials and part of the global Hitachi Energy Group. Our products are used in transformers in power transmission and distribution as well as in motors and generators of electrical appliances and electric mobility. Our products are regularly tested in our modern, well-equipped test laboratory according to international standards. In this role, you will support our customers throughout the entire ordering process and act as an interface to planning, production, quality assurance and purchasing. Responsibilities

You record, process and manage customer orders from order entry to delivery

You are responsible for the worldwide shipping process

You work closely with the interfaces purchasing, sales, shipping and production and ensure that deadlines are met

You are responsible for communication with colleagues, customers, transport service providers, shipping companies and external export offices

Completed commercial education

First professional experience in the field of export and freight forwarding

Knowledge of international payment and delivery terms

German and English fluently in written and spoken form

Experienced handling of the common MS Office applications as well as first experiences with ERP systems
