Ihre Aufgaben

A Financial Controller opportunity has arisen to support the International Finance Team and Operation, and provide support to the Chief Financial Officer within our Ross-on-Wye location., 1. Preparation and production of monthly actuals, forecast and budgets, including:

• Comprehensive monthly reporting pack

• Project financial reporting and analysis

• Monthly management reporting pack for the Group

• Weekly Group cash flow balances and forecast

• Submission of VAT returns

• Management and control of:

• Costings for new bids and quotes

• Maintaining an oversight of all Project budgets and the budgetary control of field floats

• Monthly payroll and pensions with assistance from the Payroll Department

• Day to day banking relationships and compliance management including the management of office petty cash, office floats and field floats abroad on projects

• Maintaining an oversight and ensuring integrity of the company financial statements

• Ownership of year-end audit process, Corporation Tax liabilities and overseas registration and tax compliance, in liaison with auditors or advisors as appropriate

• Management of VAT reporting of the International business

• Advice and input to:

• Long term business plans

• Ongoing costing/finance improvements and business process development

• Training and financial education of SafeLane staff to cover costings, project budgets, cost control and asset management

• Tax and regulatory requirements for new overseas business ventures

• Line Management and mentorship to Senior Management Accountant and Accounts Assistant. The day to day management of the Management Accounting team is the responsibility of the Senior Management Accountant.

• Super-user for Access Dimensions and FocalPoint software packages

• Ensure that SafeLane Global operates within the financial and business operating parameters in relation to authorisations and spend limits at all times

• Administrator to company bank accounts

• Approver for overhead purchase requests
