Ihre Aufgaben


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our WSM Business Development Team.

The team is focused on developing business opportunities within existing channels and new go to market.

As a member of the Business Development team, this role will work collaboratively to drive new initiatives and strategic growth activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, including pricing and contract negotiations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients.

  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and establish a presence in the market.

  • Understanding of forecourt equipment and how it works



Ihr Profil


  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent German, English and French
