We are seeking a (Senior) Developer to join SAP's Microsoft Platforms team. Our dynamic team is composed of highly skilled individuals from both SAP and Microsoft, and we support tens of thousands of customers running SAP solutions on Microsoft products. Our mission is to ensure that our customers benefit from the latest advancements in SQL Server, Windows Server, and Azure., As a (Senior) Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the Microsoft SQL Server platform for SAP's cloud and on-premises customers. This role includes contributing to roadmap alignment, architecture, and planning.
Your responsibilities will include integrating SAP products with the database and collaborating with fellow engineers from SAP and Microsoft, as well as with product management, to deliver new features and enhance existing ones. Additionally, you will provide support to customers worldwide and assist them with their software lifecycle events.

A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in database-related development, with a preference for expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.

Programming skills in one or more languages such as C, C++, ABAP, or another relevant programming language.

Experience with the full software development life cycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.

A proven track record of successful project/product performance, demonstrated through high customer satisfaction, quality deliverables, and timely delivery.
