Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des IT-Supports

• Bearbeitung der gemeldeten Störungen und Anfragen über Servicemanagement- und Clientmanagement Tools

• Installation und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Hardware (Computer, Drucker, u.a.) sowie Installation von Anwendungen per Softwareverteilung

• Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und administrativen IT-Aufgaben

  Ihr Profil:

• Student aus Diplom-/Bachelor-/Masterstudiengang eines technisch orientierten Studiengangs (bevorzugt Informatikstudiengänge)

• Fortgeschrittene IT-Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Hardware, MS Windows sowie MS Office

• Grundkenntnisse im IT-Netzwerkumfeld

• Eigenverantwortliche sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

• Ziel- und Kundenorientierung
