IT Project Manager - Application & Platform Delivery
Location: The Hague, Netherlands (Hybrid working available)
Reports To: Programme Director
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Contract: 1-year with potential for permanent placement

With operations in multiple regions and a strong international footprint, the organisation provides assurance, compliance, and quality services to a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, energy, healthcare, agriculture, and more. The company is currently expanding its digital capabilities to drive operational efficiency and long-term innovation.
Role Purpose
This role plays a crucial part in rolling out scalable, modern IT solutions across multiple business units globally. You'll be responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-grade platforms and applications.
You'll collaborate with internal IT teams and external delivery partners to align project execution with broader strategic objectives. This position requires a blend of technical understanding, people management, and structured project leadership - ideal for someone who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of IT application and platform rollouts.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Work with global business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Change Management : Prepare the organisation and its users for new systems through effective change enablement and training initiatives.
- Problem Solving : Identify and resolve project-related issues efficiently to maintain momentum.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate efforts between internal IT teams, external vendors, and end-users.
- Process Optimisation : Share learnings and improve internal project delivery frameworks.
- Reporting & Monitoring : Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT project delivery, ideally across multiple countries
- Familiar with structured project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and/or Kanban
- Experience in software development environments and with modern IT architecture (e.g. cloud platforms, APIs)
- Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) is essential
- Additional languages are a plus
