• Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions

• Assess clients' skills and strengths

• Develop personalized career strategies and job search plans

• Guide CV and LinkedIn optimization

• Conduct mock interviews and prepare clients for job applications

• Support clients in salary and offer negotiations

Ihr Profil

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills

• Experience in HR, recruiting, or talent development

• Excellent Communication skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Familiarity with the German job market and recruitment process

• Previous coaching or career counseling experience is preferred

• Language skills: English C1--C2, German very good; Russian is a plus
