Ihre Aufgaben


The Propulsion and Environment Analysis Team is responsible in OHB of all the environments impacts on the satellite design. In this position, you will be included in projects and in the teams to propose solution supported by analysis. We are looking for engineers (m/f/d) able to develop code, conduct analysis with various tools, discuss and share results internally and externally. In this position, you will support system engineers in designing a robust and reliable satellite.

Your Tasks

  • Perform analysis in the following topics:

  • Plasma plume impacts on satellites

  • Environment analysis

  • Develop and maintain existing tools and method

  • Communication of results to internal and external clients

  • Publication of significant work in conferences



Ihr Profil


  • Degree in applied mathematics, physics, engineering or similar

  • Scientific programming skills are required

  • Knowledge in plasma plume is desired

  • Ability to work independently and to adapt from one topic to another

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Very good communication skills
