Ihre Aufgaben

Contribute to the development of system architectures for space projects, including spacecraft redundancy concepts and reliability trade-offs
-
Identify functional weaknesses and single points of failure in space project designs
-
Generate qualitative analyses, such as FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis), Common-Cause Analysis, Hardware/Software Interaction Analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis

Perform quantitative analyses, including Reliability Apportionment/Prediction using Parts-Count/Parts-Stress methodologies and Availability Analysis
-
Create Safety and Hazard Analyses as well as Safety Data Packages
-
Review RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) analysis documents from suppliers
-
Assess the implementation status of RAMS control measures and provide recommendations
-
Coordinate activities with other engineering disciplines within the project and liaise with customers and suppliers

Provide regular progress reports
Generation of the analyses would be performed according to the definition of ECSS-Q-ST-30 und ECSS-Q-ST-40 space standards
Ihr Profil

A completed degree in engineering, physics, or a comparable qualification

Strong analytical thinking and a good understanding of technical contexts

Structured and goal-oriented working style

Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility

Capability to make decisions clearly and convincingly
