Ihre Aufgaben


  • Support of the project management in project planning, project organization and project implementation as well as the business management aspects

  • Support or technical management of the resource planning process for the project, clarification of personnel requirements with the project management

  • Support in the creation and maintenance of the project structure plan, work packages and associated agreements

  • Structuring and maintenance of project schedules including customer and supplier schedules, determination of the critical path, milestone trend analyses

  • Accompanying risk and change management in the project

  • Support in the creation of the cost-to-completion in cooperation with project controlling

  • Organization of internal project review meetings

  • Preparation and presentation of results reports

  • Support in the organization of working meetings between all industrial core team partners

  • Support of claim management

  • Support of all usual necessary project management activities

  • Further development of project management methods

  • Support of the project management in the definition, development, implementation and improvement of suitable project management tools

  • Presentation of new developments and improvement measures as well as implementation of the improvements



Ihr Profil


  • Completed degree in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification

  • Experience in PMO activities or project management as well as with common project management methods

  • Experience in various projects in relevant project phases

  • Confident use of project management tools and knowledge of the personnel requirements analysis tool

  • Good Presentation skills

  • Mastery of ECSS standard

  • Good analytical skills

  • Good communication skills and a high level of willingness to cooperate

  • Well-organized way of working

  • Ability to resolve conflicts
