• Requirements analysis: By clearly analyzing and understanding existing customer systems, you ensure that our solutions meet the technical requirements and customer needs.

• Customer consulting: You will advise our customers on how to optimize and improve their systems in order to increase their efficiency and performance and represent us on industry committees if necessary.

• Presentations: You will conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations for customers and partners to illustrate the benefits and features of our solutions.

• Technical expertise: You will contribute your technical know-how during proposal preparation and work closely with the sales team to define the best solutions for customer needs. Based on customer requirements and best practices, you will recommend suitable products and solutions to deliver customized and effective system solutions.

• Solution Consulting: Based on customer requirements and best practices, recommend appropriate products and solutions to deliver customized and effective system solutions.

• Test deployments: You will define and oversee test deployments as well as strategic partnerships for portfolio products and validation of ideas to ensure successful implementation and integration of our solutions.

• System optimization: Together with the product owners, you will work on the system design and implementation of IT standards and norms such as ITxPT and VDV-301 in real time.

• Project responsibility: You take on responsibility in projects, both as a sub-project manager and as a project manager, to ensure timely and successful implementation.

Ihr Profil

• You can use your strong analytical and didactic skills specifically for value selling, while at the same time you are able to listen to customers and process customer information.

• You enjoy designing and optimizing as much as you have a team-oriented way of working and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• You have professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the development and implementation of technical solutions, as well as a solid understanding of data transfer methods (e.g. http, MQTT, UDP).

• Ideally, you have an understanding of IT security network security and can communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way.

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field.
