Ihre Aufgaben

• Deliver impactful in-house and independent training courses.

• Lead in the development of innovative curricula tailored to diverse client needs.

• Customize training programmes to suit various industry sectors.

• Design and implement training for executives, middle management and team leads, with and all-round approach on change.

Ihr Profil

• You bring several years of management experience, with a passion for coaching and developing talent.

• You are fluent in both French and English (and/or German).

• Versatile in all aspects of management and leadership, you possess and teach soft skills excellently and engage easily with a wide range of audiences.

• You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a deep understanding of different cultures and global contexts., We are seeking candidates with several years of professional experience, ideally in the industrial or institutional sectors. You will bring:

• Fluency in French and a strong professional demeanor

• Proficiency in one or more additional languages (English, German, or Arabic preferred)
