Ihre Aufgaben

• Standardization and further development of the HR process landscape as well as optimization of the corresponding interfaces and self services in close coordination with stakeholders and HR colleagues

• Driving forward business-relevant HR concepts and HR best practices

• Tracking HR trends and AI approaches as well as deriving and implementing the appropriate measures

• Collaborate closely within the HR network and coordinate with other members of the process improvement team

• Participation in global HR projects

Ihr Profil

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the human resources environment

• High affinity for the design of processes and their digitalization

• Experience in project management with pleasure in taking responsibility for projects

• Eye for the user (UX) coupled with pragmatism

• Solution-oriented, reliable and structured way of working

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Very good German and English skills
