Ihre Aufgaben

• Technical and disciplinary management of the international team for the development of connectors and connectivity products of the Lapp Group

• Responsibility for all development processes of the group of companies

• Coordination and implementation of complex development projects

• Responsibility for the development, provision and implementation of the necessary manufacturing technology

• Joint responsibility for the development and implementation of the innovation roadmap for the product line

• Definition, coordination and continuous improvement of all development processes (product development, technology development, optimization and service processes)

• Development of new and improvement of existing manufacturing technologies

Ihr Profil

• Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training

• Professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar environment in the electrical industry

• Experience in employee management and development of international development/project teams, also outside Europe

• Market understanding/knowledge and ability to derive this knowledge

• Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical as well as structured way of thinking and acting

• Customer orientation, strong communication skills and team spirit

• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to tasks

• Willingness to travel internationally

• Very good English skills
