Your tasks
You will be responsible for the further development of all topics related to the framework conditions for shaping the organisation at LAPP. These include, but are not limited to:

Guidelines and blueprints for our organizational structure

The observation and evaluation of trends in organizational design, e.g. for new organizational forms as well as their implementation together with the business

You will analyze and evaluate our organizational structures from the perspective of HR
-
You will advise our departments and HR functions in the further development of our organizational and management structures and demonstrate your practice-based know-how in your own projects

Collaboration in the field of job grading at LAPP

Conception, implementation and moderation of various workshops
Ihr Profil

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources or organizational development
-
Several years of professional experience, at least 5 years of professional experience in organizational development or organizational design

In-depth knowledge of design and the introduction of multidimensional forms of organization (e.g. matrix)

Experience in grading and functional evaluation

Very good in German and English (spoken and written)

Strong analytical skills

A self-confident and extremely communicative personality who pursues his goals with palpable passion, great commitment and a lot of diligence
