Der Projektkoordinator (m/w/d) ist ein zentrales und wichtiges Mitglied unserer international agierenden Projektteams. Als internes Bindeglied übernimmt er die Kommunikation zum Kunden, zu allen beteiligten Abteilungen als auch zur Geschäftsführung und trägt zur Erfüllung des Projekts und Einhaltung der Meilensteine bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

You take a central role in project implementation by:

• Bringing project members together and coordinating project activities

• Pushing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met

• Monitoring the fulfillment of project specifications and preparing and organizing milestone meetings

• Organizing communication both within the project and with management and customers

• You will work with development teams as well as with sales, purchasing, quality assurance and production to ensure an optimal project flow

Ihr Profil

• Education or work experience in the technical field (preferably electronics or software development)

• Very good communication and teamwork skills, problem solving skills

• Experience in multi-project management

• Persuasiveness and assertiveness

• Excellent self-organization

• Very good knowledge of German and English
