Salesforce Technical Architect (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• You oversee and take responsibility for the technical direction and implementation of the Salesforce landscape at DEKRA, with a holistic view on solutions in the area of Service and Experience Cloud

• In addition you supervise developers and consultants, advising on development best practices, technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and platform governance

• You act as Lead Developer and perform quality checks and peer review

• Further you review and approve on a technical and functional level for the team and cross checks with other development streams

• You evaluate new Salesforce products and platform features

• You have in-depth know-how of Salesforce products, as well as the customization and development possibilities to design a seamless user and customer experience

• Additionally you architect secure and scalable solutions in Salesforce that meet the business requirements

• You ensure that the solution, and all customizations to the platform meet best practices and DEKRA standards and accompany the implementation of high-quality solutions

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science or business administration with corresponding IT and project management expertise

• Strong Salesforce platform know-how with a track record ideally in agile projects as well as the operation of complex landscapes, agile methodology experience desirable

• "Salesforce Certified" certification desirable or several years of experience in the Salesforce environment

• Very good presentation and moderation skills

• High decision-making and implementation skills and proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility

• High level of commitment as well as convincing and professional appearance

• Intrinsic motivation to stay up to date with new Salesforce technology
