Business Relationship & Demand Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Business Relationship & Demand Manager (m/f/d).

Location: Mannheim, Fürth, Stuttgart, Sofia

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Supporting our international business partners from 29 countries in all kinds of IT demands and being the link between local organisation and Shared Service IT
• Consultation on analysis, value creation and cost efficiency of IT requirements ? preferably in the area of infrastructure services (servers, cloud, network, workplace and security)
• Initiation of implementation by internal IT organization and contribution during this implementation with emphasis on stakeholder management, requirements engineering and process compliance
• Fast and efficient familiarization with specific issues concerning our business partners, as well as consistent solution determination
• Maintenance and continuous optimization of customer satisfaction
• Assisting in the creation of business partner's IT roadmap
• Reporting and budget planning

Ihr Profil:

• Successfully completed university degree ? (business) computer science or comparable IT education is helpful but not a must
• At least 5 years professional experience in consulting or in an industrial company at the interface between business and IT (preferably in an international environment)
• Understanding of processes, problem-solving skills and solid analytical abilities
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• IT affinity, preferably in the area of infrastructure services
• Excellent English skills - written and spoken
