Your mission

You have experience in business-to-business sales with a strong hunter mentality? Are you self-motivated and love working independently? Then you are a great addition to our well-established and open-minded team. You play a key role within the sales team Benelux as you are responsible for developing new business opportunities and generating new sales leads to expand our current market portfolio.   • Generating of qualified outbound leads by arousing interest in eGENTIC's services
  • Approaching new customers: combine networking, cold calling and opening conversations with key decision-makers from various industries
  • Researching essential company information for business initiation
  • CRM system: maintenance and creation of leads and opportunities
  • Target achievement: Reach your individual targets in terms of contact rate and follow-up of new business activities
  • Existing customer portfolio: Management with full responsibility for retention and expansion
  • Sales Pro: responsibility for the entire cycle, from prospecting to managing proposals and closing deals
  • You will be issued with KPIs which you will be expected to meet or exceed whenever possible
  • Focus: keep an eye on market trends
  • Regular face-to-face team meetings and presentations

Your profile:

  • Bachelor´s degree
  • At least 2 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in online marketing / call center software / B2B software / lead generation
  • Creativity, technical understanding and analytical thinking
  • Experience in sales in a competitive environment
  • Existing network of contacts and potential customers in the Benelux, ability to hit the ground running
  • Fluent in Dutch or Flemish and English
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach paired with excellent time management and organization
  • Willingness to travel frequently What you can expect
