We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our Digital Strategy & Architecture department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology consulting, similar to roles found in Big 4 consulting firms, with a focus on delivering digital transformation projects, strategic advisory, and architectural design.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory

• Lead the development and execution of digital strategies for clients, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current digital capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Provide expert advice on emerging technologies and trends, helping clients navigate complex digital landscapes.

Solution Architecture

• Design comprehensive digital architectures that encompass application, data, and infrastructure layers, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and present architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and implementation plans tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Project Leadership

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

Business Development

• Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.
• Contribute to the growth of the Digital Strategy & Architecture practice through thought leadership, market insights, and innovative solutions.

Team Development

• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools within the department.

What we expect:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.

• 3 years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on digital strategy and architecture.

• Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects for large organizations.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, IoT, and cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Proficiency in architectural design tools and methodologies.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
