Ihre Aufgaben


  • Perform reception tasks: answering phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, forwarding messages, taking care of the company's image

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries

  • Ensuring efficient functioning of the offices, including cooperation with service providers (cleaning, office & kitchen supplies, building administration, repairmen, taxi, car wash, coffee machine service etc.)

  • Controlling budget within responsibility area

  • Find new suppliers and compare prices whenever new service is needed or existing service contracts are expiring

  • Assist in health & safety topics in the office (organize safety training, manage first aid kit, act as first contact in emergency, lead evacuation etc.)

  • Keeping the office area clean and safe (in terms of security and Health & Safety rules)

  • Organizing meetings and business trips for employees (flight, hotel, etc.)

  • Managing documents flow for GA and keep databases updated (contracts, GDPR register, Excel databases)

  • Review and approve invoices from GA area in SAP, based on provided guideline

  • Manage local car fleet & GSM services (handover, keep updated records of actual users, etc.)

  • Managing office access cards (physical card handover, assigning access rights in dedicated system based on security rules)

  • Support the work of HR department: organize local employee events, assist with introduction process for new staff and exit process for leaving staff

  • Performing other office tasks assigned by supervisor, not mentioned above

  • Provide ongoing support for the local operations, as per request from manager



Ihr Profil


  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Proven track record of reliability, responsibility, and punctuality

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds

  • PC skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Advanced level Czech and English language skills required

  • Driving license is advantage

  • Start date on January 2025
