Project Manager Product Development (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• You will be in responsible for the personnel management of a project group in the product development of thin-film solar modules

• You will lead development projects (e.g. in the areas of new manufacturing processes, new applications, new materials for our PV modules) according to R&D process guidelines

• You will develop and scale new manufacturing processes on industrial equipment to increase the performance of our solar modules and to improve our products

• You will develop new module concepts to reduce manufacturing costs and expand the product portfolio

• Your area of responsibility includes the qualification of new materials

• You will also strive to improve the product design in terms of customer requirements, product stability, system optimization and costs

• You will coordinate and support industrialization and transfer to new factories worldwide

• You act as an interface to the product management

Ihr Profil

• You have successfully completed your university degree or PhD in materials science, (semiconductor) physics, semiconductor technology, electrical engineering or chemistry

• You have 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in the glass industry, photovoltaics, semiconductor industry or special machine construction and have an equally long experience as a project manager

• Ideally, you have good knowledge of the process and equipment technology of thin-film PV modules, their design and requirements

• You have extensive knowledge in project management as well as in product development from concept study to industrialization

• You have a strong hands-on mentality and possess a practical approach to technical implementation

• You have very good communication skills, assertiveness and show high team integration skills

• You are willing to travel nationally and internationally from time to time

• Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile
