Your tasks

Independent and comprehensive implementation of operational HR payroll management in close cooperation with the Shared Service Payroll in Eisenhüttenstadt

Organization of the entire recruiting process - from requirements planning and job advertisement to applicant selection and hiring

Onboarding new employee

Advising and supporting our specialists and managers on all HR-related issues

Clarification of the employment, social security and tax law framework for HR work

Developing and implementing the annual training plan

Budgeting and controlling personnel costs

Bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration, human resources management, psychology or labor law

At least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position
