Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests from customers.

Diagnose, analyze and resolve software issues, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our knowledge graph technologies, cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes-based deployments (e.g., EKS).

Assist customers with Git setup, configuration and workflows to integrate with their development pipelines.

Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for user authentication and security.

Provide guidance to customers on deploying, configuring and optimizing our knowledge graph solutions.

Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to address bugs and implement feedback from customers.

Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs and support resources to empower users.

Support internal teams during product rollouts and assist in testing new features to ensure quality.
Ihr Profil

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP) with hands-on experience in running docker containers on Kubernetes and services like EKS and ECS.

Experience with configuring SSO solutions (OIDC, OAuth, SAML) and integrating them with enterprise systems.

Basic familiarity with knowledge graph concepts (RDF, SHACL, OWL) and semantic technologies as well as graph database technologies (GraphDB, Stardog, Neptune, AllegroGraph) is a plus.
