About the team: As part of the Customer Service & Delivery (CS&D) Board Area the Premium Engagement and Advisory (PE&A) unit is empowering SAPs top customers to master continuous transformation and innovation through tailored premium services, networked expertise of global COEs, and architectural guidance. The Chief of Staff and Strategic Programs Team, is the central Team in charge of driving the strategic evolution and transformation of the Premium Engagement and Advisory Organization.

What youll do: Position title: PE&A Executive Office Support Work Area: Administration Location: Walldorf Expected start date: December 01, 2024
In this role, youll:
- As an Office Operations Assistant, youll be instrumental in keeping our team running smoothly.
- Support internal office operations: Assist with scheduling, tracking internal projects, work with related stakeholders and organizing staff meetings.
- Organizational Tasks: Help with record-keeping and file organization and management for the entire organization.
- Event Coordination: Support in organizing team events and meetings, from planning to execution.
Who you are: You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Language requirements: German and English fluent.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Prior office experience is a plus, but not required.
