Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: What youll do: Shaping the future of the Delos Cloud:/In this pioneering role, you will play a key role in running Delos Cloud datacenter infrastructure. Data Center Operations
- As a DC Site Ops Manager you manage daily operations of the data center site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, operational standards, and industry best practices.
- DC Site Ops Manager maintain high availability of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems, and manage escalations as needed to minimize downtime.
- Document and drive alignment on dependencies, supplier contracts, success metrics, resource readiness, operational, supportability, and manageability criteria.
- Drive accountability with building landlord to adhere to Delos Cloud service-level agreement.
- Plan, partner and work with business partners, vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders when executing their requirements to maintain adherence to datacenter availability, safety, and security. Data Center Work Environment
- As a DC Site Ops Manager you drive service implementation, adoption, training, quality audits, and the education of support teams (including vendors) to enable the best support and service levels. Service Delivery
- Accountable for end-to-end service compliance, quality, and client satisfaction for the agreed-upon service levels.
- Apply deep subject matter expertise and escalate where needed to meet SLA/OLAs with minimal disruption to the client/customer and business.
What you bring:
- As a DC Site Ops Manager you need strong knowledge of datacenter power, cooling, and networking systems, as well as experience with facilities management and critical systems operations.
- Relevant experience in datacenter operations, with a proven track record of managing teams and maintaining critical infrastructure.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex operational issues and improving existing processes.
- Cloud enthusiast:/You are passionate about cloud technology and excited about the opportunity to help shape the digital transformation of the public administration
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP), Certified Data Centre Manager (CDCM)) are a plus.
