Our data democratization strategy encompasses all areas of the company, from finance to HR, sales & marketing, and other departments. Together, we will implement a data catalog and a marketplace for data products. In addition, we will define processes, standards, and governance policies, and drive change management for various roles in the Data & Analytics sector. Your Tasks:

• Assist in creating innovative learning and roll-out materials

• Develop materials in various formats to improve the data literacy of our target groups

• Utilize state-of-the-art AI-supported tools in the field of content creation and video editing

Ihr Profil

• Student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences

• Preferred field of study: Business Studies, Communication Studies, Computer Science

• Computer Skills: MS Office, Camtasia or other video editing tools, initial knowledge in generative AI

• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken), German is a plus

• Soft Skills: creative, self-organized, reliable, team player

• Other: High willingness to learn and perform, passion, as well as a background in analytics or marketing are beneficial. It is expected that you will be present at the headquarters in Walldorf at least one day per week.
