About the team: Experience Centers are innovation hubs delivering an interactive and immersive experience to visitors. SAP Experience Centers make SAPs brand, products and innovations tangible and deliver a memorable customer experience.

Our team is responsible for the business operations at SAPs Experience Center in Munich. We are planning and organizing an outstanding customer experience for customer visits and events. As a new center at SAPs newly opened location in Garching, we are pioneering innovations and scaling best practices to other Experience Center locations around the world.

What youll do: Position title: Intern (f/m/d) Planner for the Experience Center Munich Work Area: Marketing Location: Munich / Garching Expected start date: Mid-March/April 2025

In this role, youll:

Face an exciting work environment at the SAP Experience Center Munich and be part of our extensive student community. We are looking for a very structured, self-driven and highly motivated intern. Your role is crucial for smooth and successful operations at the Experience Center:

• Schedule customer, partner, university and internal visits and events in the Experience Center.
• Lead on communication with important stakeholders and partners to clarify planning requirements and expectations for the Experience Center visit.
• Support our Storyteller community and Experience Center team with tour preparations, customizations and bring content to live in the Center.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects.

Who you are: You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Were looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious.

We are looking for an intern who supports us for 6 months and can be onsite in Munich/Garching. It is mandatory that you are enrolled at a university during the internship.
