Your main task will be the administrative support of our international development teams before a customer or partner test takes place. You will help set up the test environment and act as a contact person for the customers and partners and the development teams. Additionally, you will learn how to support our customers and partners during a test, how to use various SAP tools and you will gain hard- and software-related knowledge. Prepare and support the onboarding process for testers
- Part-time, 16-20 hours a week
- Create the necessary system access and authorization
- Maintain tester data in various systems
- Work on multiple projects at the same time and assure a smooth test start for both our internal stakeholders and the testers
- Support our internal stakeholders and testers during the test
- Keep our information material up to date (internal Wiki, external documentation)
- Customer communication What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Language skills: Fluent in English and German
- Soft skills: Team player, creative, reliable, responsible, open minded
- Others: Customer oriented, mature communication skills, basic IT related know how
