ABOUT THE TEAM - Public & Energy Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&A) is the management and architecture consulting unit within SAP Customer Services & Delivery board area, assisting customers to benefit from technology and digitalization in their businesses. We are committed to ideate business innovations, develop solutions and to turn novel ideas into business results. Within BT&A, our regional SAP Enterprise Architects - RISE team plays a crucial role in supporting industry-specific transformation journeys. • Provide architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure that every customer benefits from SAP's standard cloud qualities

• Identify innovation use cases that benefit our customers strategic and operational objectives

• Advising customer management on architecture and transformation activities

• Identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks

• Aligning customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategy accelerating BTP adoption

Ihr Profil

We are looking for dynamic and advisory minded colleagues from a multi-national environment who can effectively drive standards, organizational change and innovation.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Informatics or any comparable education

• 9-11+ yrs. of practical experience from a multi-national environment advising management and work as enterprise architect and/or transformation advisor

• Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformation, aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and roadmap

• Public & enery industry know how

• Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation in a responsible role from process design to after GoLive, ideally incl. support and optimization

• S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge/experience

• Professional training and certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect [P_SAPEA_2023], TOGAF) as a plus

• Solid knowledge of SAP's strategy, the latest product portfolio and their impact on business

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools

• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain customer relationships

• Strong communication skills also regarding senior management and C-levels, both within an IT team and across business functions

• Mindset for strategic thinking, continuous learning and business cumen

• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to a new environment, where you can grow fast

• Excellent English and German language skills
