Talent Responsibilities Provides 1st and 2nd level support for business key users and end users for Microsoft O365 Implements service and change requests for Microsoft 365 with focus on Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online Checks network status daily and trouble-shoot to maximize system (& employee) uptime Support IT Audit and work with Corporate IT for GCC compliance
Captures needs and expectations of client in the field of hardware and software; develop solution proposals and groundwork for decision-making based on detected requirements Evaluates hardware, operating, standard, communication and universal application software Installs, generates, customizes, integrates, tests and release new hardware, operating, universal and standard software Examines the impact of new ICT components on existing systems; submit recommendation taking into account the overall system Improve installation and transfer processes with US and European colleagues
Realizes concepts for tuning and performance tasks as well as to determine and remedy/bridge errors on hardware, software and communication components
Realizes concepts for tuning and performance security to support evaluation & remedy/bridge errors on hardware, software and communication components Develops procedures, escalations processes and workflows rules for exceptional circumstances (Recovery/Restart) Conducts complex reconstruction and restart procedures (Recovery/ Restart) Ensure system documentation and guidelines and coordinate with HQ colleagues Demonstrates the Leadership principles and values in all aspects of work All other relevant duties as assigned

Talent Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, electronics, engineering, natural science or related fields
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration of Microsoft 365 services Microsoft 365 administration experience required Azure Active Directory experience in configuration, administration and integration Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams is mandatory Experience with Microsoft Security and Compliance Center is a plus Experience with change management processes (ITIL/DevOps) and tools would be an asset Experience in hardware support is a plus (Printer, PC, peripheral devices)
Skills/Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of Windows Server systems (ver. 2016+) Basic understanding of Network configuration Intermediate knowledge in Windows 10/11 OS Knowledge in PowerShell and MS Graph is a plus Independent and accurate way of working and understanding of complex processes and interdependencies High problem-solving ability with excellent critical thinking skills
