Talent Responsibilities
We are looking for a new production process technologist to support the development and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products, ensuring close integration of upstream and downstream steps, and implementing process automation and monitoring. You specialize in the design and industrialization of production processes including a proper documentation of those. You have knowledge of the automation and data networking of production facilities according to the principles of Industry 4.0.
Internally, you will analyze ongoing production with regard to optimization potential and implement. In alliance with Sales, Application Engineers, and Sourcing, your team will develop and implement customer specific solutions, referred to as non-standard inquires. This process includes ensuring qualification according to customer-specific standards. Thanks to your process orientation, methodological expertise, creativity and strong communication skills, you will also be able to take up and introduce new and innovative approaches.

We are looking for an action-taker with enthusiasm for implementing technical solutions. This versatile task requires:
- Minimum BS degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, materials engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics/interconnect, aerospace or other manufacturing industries requiring high-precision
- Experience in the field of manufacturing technologies such as soldering, pressing, milling, 3D-printing
- Intermediate IT skills, especially in technical-scientific programs (MATLAB, JMP...)
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and quality methods such as FMEA, SPC, APC, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC and others
- Experience in leading or working on research or development projects
- Basic knowledge of Lean management
- Practical experience in the application of the relevant standards such as: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 9100, IATF, ISO13485, desirable
