- Via Phone and email you are the first point of contact for our English speaking B2B customers across Europe.
- You will take orders via various channels and process them in our ERP system
- Any concerns that may arise with our customers during the ordering and delivery process will be assisted by you.
- You will focus on our already registered dealers, but you will also support our sales team in the acquisition of new prospective customers
### **You bring along:**
- You have already gained professional experience in the areas of customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar.
- Ideally, you share our passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles and co. as well as the associated products and accessories
- You are open-minded, communicative and have a strong service and customer orientation
- For the daily contact with our customers a native command of English is required (any other language spoken is considered as an asset). Additional languages are seen as an advantage.
- A routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system rounds your profile off.
