- Design, implementation and support of cost-efficient, standardized and harmonized process and system solutions
- As process owner you design and implement modern, digital workplace solutions with Microsoft365 applications (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Teams, Viva, Power Platform)
- You are responsible for the continuous development and improvement of processes, methods, standards and tools in the area of communication and collaboration management
- You support, moderate and promote an active key user community, fostering change and adoption initiatives across the organization
- You consult our business departments with your processual, technical and functional expertise in Microsoft365
- You manage projects in the field of Communication and Collaboration Qualificationsarrow_right
- You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in the field of business informatics or a comparable education
- You have a proven track record in implementing Microsoft365 based solutions as a subject matter expert or architect
- You have excellent technical knowledge in Microsoft365 with a focus on collaboration applications (MS Teams and Power Platform)
- You have very good experience in Change & Adoption Management as part of the implementation of new technologies
- You are fluent in German and English language
- You are willing to learn, share knowledge and innovate the existing tools and processes
- You enjoy working with a lot of initiative in a challenging environment
