As project manager Electronic Systems Development, you are leading projects dealing with the development and manufacturing of electronic units for satellites. In this role you are managing a multidisciplinary team of experts creating custom built new products according to specific customer requirements sometimes at the edge of technical feasibility. Management of multidisciplinary, international project teams with members of the electronic system department and other specialist departments to develop, build and test electronic units for satellites

Interface between project teams and company internal or external customers

Planning, and coordination of design, component procurement, manufacturing, test, and qualification activities

Prepare and maintain project schedules, and reports

Definition of objectives and target achievements in regular project team meetings

Organisation and conductance of design and project reviews with internal and external customers

egular reporting of the project status to the company management

Budget planning and cost estimation for projects

Writing of proposals and leading proposal teams for future projects
Ihr Profil

Academic degree in a technical discipline (e. g. electronics, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering) or a comparable qualification

Distinct interpersonal skills

Practical experience in the management of development projects preferably in the space industry

Basic knowledge of electronics and electronic design automation software

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent English skills are mandatory.
