Topic 2: Testing a Gas Cell Heating System Internship or Bachelor Thesis: Support the setup and commissioning of the ANITA3 breadboard (CAD design, 3D-printed prototypes, soldering tasks). Develop a test plan for validating the gas cell heating system. Conduct thermal tests and functional checks of the gas cell heater. Analyze and optimize control parameters for the heating system. Document test procedures and evaluate results.

Entwicklung eines Testkonzepts zur Lebenszeitanalyse piezoelektrischer Pumpen für die nächste Generation der ANITA-Spurengasanalyseinstrumente (ISS & Gateway). Aufbau und Ansteuerung von Test-Setups (inkl. CAD-Design, 3D-Druckteile, Mikrocontroller-Programmierung). Durchführung von Langzeittests und Durchflussmessungen an piezoelektrischen Pumpen. Erfassung, Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Messdaten (Druck, Durchfluss, Temperatur). Analyse der Ergebnisse und Erstellung einer strukturierten Dokumentation.
Thema 2: Testen eines Gaszellen-Heizsystems Praktikum oder Bachelorarbeit: Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Inbetriebnahme des ANITA3-Breadboards (CAD-Design, 3D-Druck-Prototypen, Lötarbeiten). Entwicklung eines Testplans zur Validierung des Gaszellen-Heizsystems. Durchführung von thermischen Tests und Funktionsprüfungen der Gaszellenheizung. Analyse und Optimierung von Regelparametern für die Heizsteuerung. Dokumentation der Testabläufe und Auswertung der Ergebnisse.
