Ihre Aufgaben


As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the BYD Italy's daily operations of our accounts receivable and payable, BYD HQ Reporting Package, ad-hoc financial report request upon request from BYD HQ, support in invoicing activities when necessary.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in supporting our financial infrastructure, improving our processes, and ensuring financial stability., 1. Financial Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Collect and organize financial data related to revenue, gross profit, and expenses, complete monthly management report analysis, and generate financial analysis reports. Systematically gather and organize various revenue, gross profit, and expense data based on the company's operational status to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Prepare and submit management reports on time, conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends and potential issues, and provide data support and improvement suggestions.

  • Weekly accounts receivable and payable reconciliation: Regularly organize and reconcile the company's weekly accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, preventing errors or omissions, and issuing alerts and following up on abnormal accounts.

  • Monthly accounts receivable preparation: Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports based on the company's monthly transactions, analyze collection performance, identify and report potential credit risks, provide rationalization suggestions, and assist the business department in optimizing the collection process.

  • Budget Management and Analysis:
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly budget achievement analysis, and report budget deviations. Collaborate with relevant departments to participate in annual budget formulation, ensuring budget feasibility and reasonableness. Compare budget with actual performance, conduct monthly budget achievement analysis, report variance causes, and provide adjustment recommendations.

  • Project Financial Support:
  • Collaborate with the business department to provide financial forecasts, cost analysis, and profit/loss predictions for new and existing projects. Work closely with the business department to participate in financial forecasting for new projects, provide comprehensive cost analysis and profit/loss predictions, ensuring the financial feasibility and profitability of the projects. Continuously monitor and evaluate existing projects, optimize cost structures, and enhance project profitability.

  • Key Financial Indicators Monitoring and Risk Management:
  • Monitor key financial indicators (cash flow, accounts receivable and payable, inventory, etc.), analyze risk points, provide countermeasures, and promote business optimization. Continuously track key financial indicators, identify potential risk points, and develop response strategies. Use data analysis to drive business process optimization, improve fund utilization efficiency, and enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Decision Support and Ad Hoc Financial Tasks:
  • Provide decision-making data analysis support and other ad hoc data support as needed by business departments and senior management. Quickly respond to the analysis needs of various departments and senior management according to the company's strategic requirements, provide accurate and timely data support, assist in decision-making, and complete other ad hoc financial data tasks.



Ihr Profil


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2. Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budget management, or related financial roles. Experience in corporate financial management is preferred. 3. Skills Requirements:

  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP S4HANA) and office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and/or ITA GAAP or CN GAAP) and financial statement preparation, with solid financial analysis skills.

  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of independently completing financial analysis reports. 4. Language Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in Italian accounting & financial terminology is required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, with the ability to read and write in English. 5. Personal Qualities:

  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure.

  • Strong learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to changes. 6. Professional Ethics:

  • Strict adherence to financial discipline, with strong professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
