Ihre Aufgaben

• On-demand and on-time delivery Procurement of goods and services in the required quality

• Purchasing management according to DIN EN ISO 13485

• Optimisation and further development of procurement processes

• Selection of suitable suppliers based on price, quality and delivery capability as well as the development and maintenance of long-term supplier relationships

• Research of suppliers and Offer comparison, selection and evaluation

• Independent Price negotiations and preparation of the resulting framework agreements

• Delivery coordination and deadline monitoring

• Risk management to avoid bottlenecks

• Project management in purchasing (costs, deadlines, quality, innovation)

• Analysing market trends and prices to adjust the purchasing strategy in good time

• Support with Quality assurance measures for suppliers

• Collaboration on material-reducing measures

• Ensuring compliance with regulations and legal aspects in the entire purchasing process

• Monitoring and management of Stocks and determination of material requirements

• Master data maintenance with the ERP system proAlpha

Ihr Profil

• Independent, structured and autonomous way of working

• Negotiating skills and the ability to build partnerships with suppliers

• You have a degree or completed training and several years of experience in technical purchasing

• Cooperative, cross-team collaboration with various departments

• Good written and spoken German and English skills
