We are looking for a motivated and committed business development professional to drive the international expansion of our Marine & Offshore segment, part of our global PMO (Prefab, Modular, Offsite) business unit. As an innovation leader, we differentiate ourselves and grow by offering sustainable, high-performance materials that enable efficient processes in modern construction. With over 30 years of experience in the marine sector, we focus on lightweight, rapid installation solutions for ship outfitting - engineered to withstand harsh marine environments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate our global marine business - defining strategic direction, aligning regional activities, and driving international growth.
- Develop and manage key accounts, with a focus on Europe, while guiding and supporting sales teams globally.
- Build and expand a strong international network of key decision makers - such as ship owners, designers, shipyards, outfitters, and distributors.
- Drive the implementation of ARDEX solutions into specifications (maker lists) and foster international partnerships in collaboration with local ARDEX business units.
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Sales to optimize and evolve the global marine solutions portfolio.
Your Profile:
- Expert in the international marine industry (5+ years of experience), with a strong network of decision makers.
- Experienced business and project manager with a successful track record in key account development.
- Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- A proactive, highly reliable team player who thrives in an open, mindful, and collaborative work culture.
